Revisions

We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality virtual staging services. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your virtual staging project, we will work with you to make any necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final product. Simply let us know what changes you would like to see, and we will revise them to your liking.

Our virtual staging service includes 3 revision rounds as part of the price. This means that you can request changes to the virtual staging of your space up to three times at no additional cost. If you need more than three revision rounds, additional fees may apply.

Revision requests for our virtual staging service must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of your order. This means that you have 30 days from the date that your virtual staging is finished to request any changes or adjustments that you would like to make. After this time period has passed, we may not be able to accommodate revision requests, and a new order must be submitted.

Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time for virtual staging projects with up to 10 photos is 2 days from the time that we receive all necessary materials and instructions. However, please note that this is an estimated turnaround time and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the volume of work that we are currently handling.

If you have a specific deadline for your virtual staging project, please let us know when you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline and deliver the final product to you on time. However, please note that we cannot guarantee exact turnaround times and recommend allowing some flexibility in your schedule to allow for any potential delays.

Refunds

Our goal is to ensure that all of our clients are completely satisfied with their virtual staging service. If you are not satisfied, you have the option to request a refund within 7 days of your order being completed. Please note that if you have already published your virtually staged photos (on MLS, social media, printed marketing materials, etc.) or have requested a revision for them, your order is no longer eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
