We work with the photos you provide to us. You can have a photographer take pictures of your property or even do it yourself!
Place An Order
Place an order on our website and select your options. You can pay with any major credit/debit card or PayPal.
Upload Your Photos
Once checkout is complete, you will upload all your photos and select each room type and furniture style.
Get Your Staged Photos
Get staged photos sent to your email within 2 days. You can request any revisions you may need at no extra charge!
FAQs
We charge a fixed flat rate of $29.00 per photo for virtual staging, so there is no confusion for our customers. Our prices are in US Dollars. Additional options are available when you place your order for an added fixed price. Prices are per photo regardless of number of rooms.
We do not offer a photography service at the moment. We only apply the virtual staging to the photos our clients provide to us.
Here are some recommendations to achieve best results with virtual staging:
– Photos should be taken horizontally with the camera held level at 4-5 feet (chest level) above the floor, with a nice mix of floor and ceiling in the shot
– Photograph your property during the daytime to maximize the natural lighting in your rooms. Minimize use of flash photography.
– Higher resolution photos are preferable (over 2000-pixel width). We are still able to work with lower resolutions if higher resolutions are not available.
Yes, you can choose to remove old furniture in your photos as an added option to your order. It costs an additional $12.00 per photo and adds 1-2 days to the turnaround time.

Our average turnaround is 1 to 2 days for orders of up to 14 photos. Larger orders or orders with addons may take longer to complete. You can see your estimated turnaround time when you place an order.
Yes! When you upload your photos, you will be prompted to select the type and style of furniture you want in the room. Currently, we offer 3 styles of furniture for you to choose from Modern, Traditional, and Scandinavian.
You may also select specific furniture sets to use in each room from our catalog. You can view our catalog here.
Feel free to provide special instructions or sketches for exactly how you need your furniture to be staged in your order notes.
