We guarantee 100% happiness with your final renders, and we will work with you to make all the changes necessary until you are satisfied with your project. For architectural renderings, we provide 3 rounds of revisions included in your price quote. Any changes that were not originally included in the scope of work, though, may incur additional charges.
- Submit your request for a quote or give us a call to discuss your project needs.
- We will email you a quote and a timeline for your project completion.
- When you are ready to proceed, we send you an email invoice with a payment link (credit card) for 50% deposit of your total project price.
- Once your payment is submitted, we will start working on your project.
- We will send you the first set of drafts with only 3D models without textures or colors. This step is to ensure we have created an accurate 3D model that matches your project blueprints.
- Next, we will texturize your project and add all necessary details such as furniture, colors, finishes, landscaping, etc. We will then issue first drafts for your project.
- We will go through multiple revision rounds until you are 100% happy with the results.
- Once you approve your drafts, we will issue your final high-quality renders for your project to you.
To start your project, we ask for a 50% deposit payment upfront on your project. The final 50% of the project payment will be due after the final drafts of your project are produced. Once final drafts are approved and your 50% project completion payment is submitted, we will issue the final high-quality renders for your project.
You will need to provide us with design drawings for your building in either PDF or CAD format. For exterior renders, we will require floorplans as well as elevation (side-view) plans. For interior renders, we will require floorplans as well as any design details for kitchens, cabinets, or any other plan details. We will also require a finishing/texture schedule, which will let us know what colors and textures to use for all the elements in your renders, such as floorings, walls, countertops, etc. You can submit those in the form of photo references, schedules, mood boards, or any other format that will help us match your final construction. After you place your order, we will contact you to gather all the necessary information needed to produce your rendering.
